SMS Terms

These terms cover the text message program run by Spend Your Yen LLC, doing business as Tallgrass ("Tallgrass," "we," "us"). By signing up for Tallgrass texts, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
What you'll get
When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Tallgrass at the mobile number you provide. These include drop alerts, early access, new product announcements, promotions, cart reminders, and order and shipping updates.
You can opt in through a form on our website, at checkout, or by texting a keyword we advertise. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
How often
Message frequency varies. Expect more messages in the days around a drop.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Tallgrass does not charge for text messages.
To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOPALL. You'll get one final message confirming you're unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you sign up again.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you sign up with. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP first, or email us so we can remove it.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and isn't guaranteed.
Program changes
We may change the phone number or short code we send from, or change or end the program, at any time. If we change the number, we'll let you know. Messages sent to an old number may not be received.
Privacy
We use your mobile number only to run this program and to support your orders. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to receive texts after an update means you accept the new terms.
