Spend Your Yen LLC, doing business as Tallgrass ("Tallgrass," "we," "us"), runs tallgrass.co and drops.tallgrass.co. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit, sign up for updates, or buy from us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile number, shipping and billing address, order details, and anything you send us when you contact support.
- Payment information: payments are handled by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
- Information collected automatically: your device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages you view, the site that sent you to us, and how you interact with our emails and texts. We collect this using cookies, pixels and similar tools.
How we use it
- To process, make and ship your orders, and send order and shipping updates
- To send emails and texts you've signed up for, such as drop alerts and early access
- To answer your questions and handle returns and exchanges
- To run, secure and improve our website, and to prevent fraud
- To show you relevant ads and measure how our ads perform
- To meet our legal obligations
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job. That includes our online store platform, our email and text message provider, our payment processors, our production and shipping partners, and advertising and analytics partners such as Meta.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising cookies and pixels may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state laws. You can opt out of this at any time (see "Your choices" below). We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use your mobile number only to send the texts you signed up for and to support your orders. Our text message provider processes your number on our behalf to deliver those messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and pixels to keep the site working, remember your cart, understand how people use the site, and measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work properly without them. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of targeted advertising for the browser that sends it.
Your choices
- Email: click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email.
- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Your data: email us to ask what information we have about you, or to correct or delete it, or to opt out of targeted advertising. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We won't treat you differently for using them.
We'll respond to requests within the time the law requires and may need to verify your identity first.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to fill orders, provide support, keep business and tax records, and meet our legal obligations. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
